| STALKING
AND DANGEROUS HUMAN
BEHAVIOR
Course Duration - Five
Days
Cost - US$1,050
Course content, includes a professionally authored 440
page manual and other published subject material.
Certificates will be presented to attendees upon
successful completion of this course.
This course emphasizes stalker threat
analysis and security response options.
Attendees will learn how to
use analytical tools to "predict
dangerousness" based on attempted contacts with
the targeted victim, and they will learn how to apply an
objective evaluation methodology to determine the level of
organized response by an individual or security team.
In addition, we demonstrate
to attendees the critical importance of the Protection
Specialist, Law Enforcement Officer or Stalking Victim
identifying Behavioral Clues to Dangerousness and the
ability to identify the discreet behavior of the Stalker
in a crowd. Attendees will use case studies to analyze the
behavioral cues and activities which can identify stalkers
and the level of threat they pose to an individual. These
same methods are used by the Secret Service, to evaluate
threats to the President and Executive Branch of
government. ESI has also accumulated film clips of
numerous assassinations and failed attempts: Hinkley's
shooting of President Reagan, Bremer's shooting of George
Wallace, the attempt to shoot President Park of Korean,
and the attempt to kill President Ozal of Turkey, the
assassination of the Premier of Israel, Izak Rabin, the
slashing attack on President Marcos's wife in the
Philippines, even the Pie-Attack on Microsoft CEO, Bill
Gates, all have important lessons to teach Protection
Specialists.
These historic events
captured by the ubiquitous news video camera, teach us
that each of these targets were the victims of Stalkers
and that this behavior is observable and identifiable. It
is our opinion that the behavior is also
"Predictable" within a certain range of
certainty which equips the Protection Specialist or
Stalking Victim, with a forewarning. Combined with our
analytical tools to analyze Stalker Contacts, attendees
will learn how to defend against a stalker, predict
"Dangerousness", and develop a response
strategy.
